By contacting us and engaging our services you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for any items left behind in our cars.

For any ride that is pre-scheduled we require a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% of the cost of the ride in order to reserve a car.

Our rate will always beat the competition however, in situations where traffic, weather, or unforeseen events complicate the ride we adjust the price accordingly.

In order to scheduled pickup you have to give us at least one hour notice ahead of pickup time.

If you want to cancel a scheduled ride you have to tell us at least one half hour before your scheduled pick up to get a partial refund.

In the case of an emergency (public, weather, health) or unforeseen personal crisis (death, injury, lack of resources) we will excuse cancelation and give partial refunds on a case by case basis.

Conditions
In the case that you need to cancel the ride we ask that you call and let our dispatcher know. If there is a wait time above eight minutes when our driver arrives and contacts you we will add a $2 fee onto the fair.
Extra Stops:
In the case you need to make an additional stop we charge a flat rate of $2 and after the first five minutes there will be a charge of $1 per minute of wait time.
Extra Riders:
All pricing is for a single rider, if additional riders are expected there will be an added charge of $1 for one person and $2 per person for two or more.
Angry Riders:
Our customers come first, and we choose to protect the safety and comfort of our drivers. Disrespectful, rude, and violent riders will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to discontinue your ride and discharge unruly riders anywhere safe. Police will be engaged when needed.
Harassment:
All harassment sexual or otherwise is considered unethical and any offenses committed against our drivers will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
